Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is OFFICE FRESH EOOD, UIC 205204215, with its registered office and address of management at 80 Buket St., Sofia.

When you send us an enquiry

Your name, company, building or address, phone or email, a note if you leave one, and the calculator's figures: number of people, deliveries and approximate price.

We use them to call or write back to you and to make you an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you leave us a review

Your name, company, job title, email, the text of your review and a photo, if you choose to attach one.

We publish the review on the site only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every review is read by a person before it appears on the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time with a single message to us, and we will take the review and the photo down. Your email address is never published.

When you are our client

Contact details of the person responsible for deliveries, the address and delivery instructions (entrance, floor, time window), and the details needed for an invoice.

We need them to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and we keep the data on invoices because the law requires us to (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

When you write to us or call

Your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us. We use them only to answer you.

The site uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you about.

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter in it reaches us until you choose to send an enquiry.

The fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.

We do not sell or rent out data. We pass it only to providers without whom the site and our work could not run, and only as much as they need:

• Resend: the service through which enquiries and reviews from the site reach our mailbox. The company is in the USA; the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
• Hosting provider: Cloudflare, on whose servers the site runs. Like any server, it sees the visitor's IP address.
• OpenStreetMap: the “Where we deliver” map loads its images from the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers, so your browser sends its IP address to them when the map is shown.
• Our accountant: receives the data on invoices so that we can meet our legal obligations.

If a public authority requests data on a lawful basis, we are obliged to provide it.

• An enquiry that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months, after which we delete it.
• A review: for as long as it is published on the site, or until you withdraw your consent.
• Client data: for the duration of the contract and up to 12 months after it ends.
• Invoices and accounting records: as long as the Accountancy Act requires, up to 10 years.

At any time you can ask us:

• to tell you what data about you we hold and give you a copy;
• to correct inaccurate data;
• to erase your data once we no longer have a basis to keep it;
• to restrict its use;
• to give it to you in a format that can be moved elsewhere;
• to stop using it if you object;
• to withdraw a consent you have given, for example for a review.

Write to us at info@officefresh.bg. We answer within one month, usually much sooner.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.

The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Enquiries and reviews are not stored in a database on the site: they are sent straight to us by email. Only the people on our team who work with clients have access to them.

If we change the way we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
