Why is there a need of the service - delivery of fresh fruits?

Fruit consumption has been proven to increase memory and is one of the best options for intermediate meals (10h / 16h). Their presence in the office makes it easier for employees, reduces breaks ("I'll go buy something") and mostly shows care and the employer's attitude towards employees and visitors to the office.

Delivery: first of all, there are hand-picked fresh fruits of first quality, which is difficult to achieve when shopping from the store next door or fruits and vegetables stand. Saves time for employees to shop, pick and carry fruit instead of working.

When are the fruits delivered?

All orders made until 14:00 are delivered from 08:00 until 12:00 on the next day. Orders made after 14:00 will be delivered one working day later than the next. If the order is made on Friday afternoon, we will try on Monday but with an arrangement in advance.

Where are the fruits from and are they organic?

Our fruits are always first quality. That is why we don't guarantee that they are organic because BIO fruits are not always first quality. We try to get Bulgarian fruits when the season is appropriate.

Are the fruits washed?

No! The fruits are not washed. Thus they last longer.

What is it done to keep fruits good for longer?

Fresh fruits last from 3 to 7 days. No refrigerator is required unless it is 30 ° in the office but they should not be kept in direct sunlight or on the heater. Even if they change slightly their appearance (especially bananas and pears) this does not mean that their taste has faded when the fruits are fresh. Just all fruits that are in close proximity to apples have a much faster ripening process.

Ways to pay and invoices?

The payment method is by bank transfer to a company account. A single order invoice may be issued or at the end of every week and payment should be made within 7 days of receipt.

What to do when I'm not satisfied with the order (fruit / delivery)?

Write us exactly what happened and the problem is no longer Yours.

Can I get a delivery periodically without having to order every time?

Of course. You can make a subscription plan that has been pre-arranged for a day, time and quantity, and until there is another change, it will be done without the need for an order each time.

What happens when the recipient is absent?

The courier will contact the recipient on the specified phone and if it is not possible for the day, the order will be delivered the next day with an additional "delivery" fee.
